About

Allo & welcome to Trippin’ on the Weekends!

My name is Britni Danielle and I’m a Los Angeles-based writer and editor and wannabe passport whore.

Wait…it’s not what you think!

Ever since I was young I have always loved to see new things and meet new people. As I’ve gotten older I’ve had the opportunity to travel around the US and see what our country has to offer. In the past I’ve been to Canada and Mexico, but the travel bug just bit me (hard!) after I got back from my first trip to Europe.

Oh the fun I had!

Now it’s on and I can’t wait to see the world one trip at a time!

But traveling can be quite pricey and while my money catches up with my travel ambitions, I’m going to take advantage of many of sights and sounds in my local area.

Despite growing up in sunny southern California, there are SO many things I have yet to see! What was I waiting for?? Who knows, but I’m determined to see EVERYTHING–or at least as much of it as I can.

Follow me as I see the world one weekend trip at a time.

And oh yeah…PLEASE share your travel tips, hacks, and experiences with me. I’d love to hear about them!

Ready to go?

  1. Cool Blog Britni!
I have been bitten hard by the travel bug too! Have been in Toronto for 8 months and have traveled around Ontario a fair bit. Heading to Boston next month and excited to see more of North America. I wish traveling wasn’t so expensive, but you’re a writer and editor in LA??! That’s awesome! Can you do travel writing? That would be a fantastic way to see the world and do what you love – a dream job :)

you can check out my blog if you’re interested i’m at http://austraalien.wordpress.com
I’ll definitely hit follow on yours :)

    • thanks so much for stopping by. Yeah writer + editor = financially challenged lol.

I’ve been to Toronto once and it was GREAT, I look forward to returning. I look forward to checking out your blog as well.
